Peter and I have a project called Serce. Check it out as well!

Another Junk Yard Session

I just did another junk yard session. It's been three years since I did one with Peter for Serce. This time, I was with Tommy of Western Mystic. We used the same junk yard as last time. The manager of the junk yard remembered me. Huge cranes and trucks were up and running inside of the yard. So there were restricted areas and he let us use a part of the yard. He also found us some materials, such as a metal pipe and a huge chain, and showed us how to get great noises. We got some great sounds, are going to edit those as samples! You will hear those on songs of Western Mystic!

Project Serce-Field Recording part 1

Peter M. and I went out for recording sounds from outside of the boxes. Junkyard was our first target. I know Peter Gabriel did this more than 20 years ago. But we like those sounds as well, so why not? He is too rich to this again anyway. There will be another field recording soon.

By the way, we called our project called "Serce." Serce means a heart in Polish. We are not a copy band of the two lady band from Seattle. We will try to put a song or two up on our Myspace pretty soon.

In Poland, they have been talking about us already. News 1, News 2. Check it out later!
